Indialantic, (officially incorporated as Indialantic-By-The-Sea, but seldom referred to by this name), is a town nestled between the Indian River Lagoon on it's west border, Atlantic Ocean on it's east, Indian Harbour Beach to the north, and Melbourne Beach to the south.
The town's population is around 3,000, (recorded at 2,894 in 2017), and has a total area of 1.3 square miles. Indialantic is connected to the mainland by the Melbourne Causeway.
On any given day you’ll see surfers, swimmers, sun bathers, runners, walkers and bicyclists enjoying Florida's weather. Residents of Indialantic enjoy an active lifestyle and community fellowship that is often lost in the more frequented tourist areas of Brevard County. Here you'll find a mixture of established neighborhoods consisting of traditional Florida style homes, along with extravagant riverfront estates lining the historic Riverside Drive; as well as upscale oceanfront condominiums and beach villas.
